This stylish ski-in/ski-out mountain home is full of unique features such as designer furniture, custom roof top hot tub, top-floor Après ski bar and entertainment area, and absolutely stunning views from every room. Watch the lift turn as you relax on your front porch after a day on the mountain.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a one car garage with ski racks and serves as the entry point for this luxurious home.
Second Floor
As you enter the main house, you are greeted by an open-air style kitchen with custom basin sinks that include built-in sliding cutting boards. Create delicious meals on the Italian range and soak in views of the Wasatch mountains.
The open floor plan leads into the living area where you will find exquisite designer furniture and an amazing dining table. This floor also boasts a half bath with basin sink, a queen bunk bed room, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower as well as a large custom vanity. This room also has a private sliding door with an outside patio.
Third Floor
The master suite room is situated on the south side of the house with large picture windows, a private balcony with breath-taking views, and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity with two large basin sinks and a walk-in glass shower with rain shower head. This bedroom also has black-out blinds so you can get a full night of beauty rest so that you are fully energized for your next adventure.
Also on the third floor is a queen bedroom with its own private bathroom and sliding door patio. This room has black-out blinds so you can sleep in even while the sun is rising.
Fourth Floor
Take a walk up the beautiful spiral staircase to the most unique aspect of this eloquent home. With incredible views of the surrounding valleys, you can entertain lavishly in the Après Ski room. Here you can create the perfect cocktail using the bar with basin sink and sliding cutting board, mini-fridge, wine fridge, and ice maker. After the drinks are poured, gaze at the milky-way and identify the constellations from the roof-top patio or hop in the custom-built hot tub to rejuvenate your body.

**Important Information**
You must have a 4 x 4 vehicle and be comfortable with snowy mountain driving to stay in this home. During storm events, both Powder Mountain Road and Summit Pass Road can be very snowy - and sometimes even close while crews clear hazards. You must be prepared for winter conditions in this home. (But winter conditions mean great skiing!!!). Also please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes. Groceries, gas, and shops are located down the canyon in the town of Eden, UT.
This home is ski-in/ski-out when the Village Lift is open. When the lift is not open, you must drive to either Hidden Lake or Timberline to access the ski area.
Due to on-going construction of new luxury homes, there may be construction projects going on around this home.
Additional Important Information
Ski-in/Ski-out Access to the Village Lift closes at 3:00pm.
We recommend 4 x 4 or AWD vehicles with snowtires during winter months. Knowledge of steep mountain driving is required to book this unit. Shuttles are available from Eden for a fee.
