Main Floor
A metal walkway serves as the red carpet as you enter this unique and eloquent home. The entry has multiple options for storing ski equipment with built-in wall racks and cubbies. Around the corner, you are greeted with expansive views from large picture windows of the Great Salt Lake and Wasatch Mountains. Relax in the living room on the comfortable couch either watching your favorite show or just enjoying the impressive views. The eloquent kitchen, located just off the dining area, is stocked with all you need to create the perfect dinner for your guests or family members. This floor also includes a half bathroom.
Downstairs
Head down the wood lined staircase to the lower floor of this beautiful home and you will find two queen bedrooms. The first bedroom features a reading nook situated just below a large picture window, so you can read or relax with your morning tea; taking in the endless mountain views. This bedroom also features a closet for storage and an ensuite bathroom with a standing glass shower with window views. The second queen bedroom also includes a large closet and ensuite bathroom that has a glass tub/shower combination.

**Important Information**
You must have a 4 x 4 vehicle and be comfortable with snowy mountain driving to stay in this home. During storm events, both Powder Mountain Road and Summit Pass Road can be very snowy - and sometimes even closed while crews clear hazards. You must be prepared for winter conditions in this home. (But winter conditions mean great skiing!!!). Also please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes. Groceries, gas, and shops are located down the canyon in the town of Eden, UT.
The homes surrounding Powder Mountain were designed to follow the natural slope of the land as much as possible in order to maintain and preserve the natural beauty of the area and its surroundings. Please be aware climbing/walking multiple stairs will be required to reach this unit due to the design of the home.
This home is ski accessible with access to the ski area when the Village Lift is open. When the lift is not open, you must drive to either Hidden Lake or Timberline to access the ski area.
Due to the on-going construction of new luxury homes, there may be construction projects going on around this home.
Additional Important Information
Ski-in/Ski-out access to the Village Lift closes at 4:00pm. A shuttle is available from the Village Area to Powder Mountain's Timberline Lodge at 4:30PM daily.
We recommend 4 x 4 or AWD vehicles with snow tires during the winter months. Knowledge of steep mountain driving is required to book this unit. Shuttles are available from Eden for a fee.
