The home has a full wrap-around deck providing endless views of the Wasatch Mountains and Cache Valley to the north. The heated deck makes this space enjoyable year-round.
Main Floor
The main floor of this unit is located upstairs and has an open floor plan greeting you with expansive views from large picture windows. Featuring a dining table that seats 10 and a wood- burning fireplace. An open kitchen layout that is stocked with all the items you need to create the perfect dinner for your guests or family members.
Downstairs
Head down the spiral staircase to the lower floor of this beautiful home and you will find four separate bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first bedroom the master features a queen bed with a private walkout patio. The master has an ensuite bathroom including a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and features floor-to-ceiling windows views of the Wasatch Mountains range. The third- and fourth-bedroom mirror bedroom two with both including full beds and ceiling to floor windows. His and her bathrooms are shared between the other bedrooms. Also located on this floor is the entryway of the unit. The downstairs entryway has multiple options for storing ski equipment with built-in storage, cubbies, and a boot warmer rack. **Important Information**
You must have a 4x4 vehicle and be comfortable with snowy mountain driving to stay in this home. During storm events, both Powder Mountain Road and Summit Pass Road can be very snowy- and sometimes even closed while crew's clear hazards. You must be prepared for winter conditions in this home. Click here for more information about traveling up and down Powder Mountain. (But winter conditions mean great skiing!). Also please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes. Groceries, gas, and shops are located down in the canyon in the town of Eden, UT.
Please be aware there is a security camera inside the main entryway of the home. The camera located in the mudroom faces out towards the front door. The security system is only operational when owners are staying within the unit.
This home is ski accessible from the Sunrise Tow or Hidden Lake area. Sunrise Lift is open from 9am-3:30pm. Hidden Lake is open from 9am-4pm.
