America's largest ski resort by acreage is home to an emergent, multi-season mountain town focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, arts, and altruism.
We are building a new kind of mountain town community. A place built around gathering leaders across every discipline, filled with thoughtfully programmed culinary experiences, wellness classes, art workshops, talks, musical performances, and countless recreational activities.
Our membership community – perhaps our greatest strength – is comprised of leaders across all disciplines from entrepreneurs to artists to non-profit leaders to scientists and academics and beyond. We seek those who not only lead in their field, but who are kind and excited about building a strong community of those who help each other to do good in the world.
Powder Mountain, the nation's largest multi-season ski resort by acreage, is just one hour north of Salt Lake City International Airport.
With thousands of acres of pristine land preserved for nature, from here you can see Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming with sweeping views of the Ogden Valley and The Great Salt Lake.
In the winter, deep fluffy powder blankets the mountain and in the summer elk, porcupine, and bobcat roam the aspen and pine forest.
Amenities on and just below the mountain, provide countless things to do.
We are developing an intentional, master planned community with 500 homesites and townhomes clustered around a village with restaurants, wellness and spa amenities, nightlife, shops, public art, and hotels all connected by ski lift access, hiking, and mountain biking trails.
"A next-generation mountain town in Utah is following a long tradition of turning to design to change the world."
