Our Vision

We are building a new kind of mountain town community, a place built around gathering leaders across every discipline, filled with thoughtfully programmed culinary experiences, wellness classes, art workshops, talks, musical performances, and countless recreational activities.

With heritage modern design and natural preservation as core values, the Powder Mountain development will consist of more than 500 ski-accessible mountain homesites connected to a village core of similar scale that includes cultural amenities and miles of walking, biking, and nordic trails.

Design Ethos

Preservation of the existing natural environment, which includes an elk reserve, natural waterways, and a thriving wildlife population, is one of the leading design principles. Homesites and Cabins will be tucked in clusters of pine and aspen trees to maintain natural views for all community members, and The Village will be dense with living accommodations to allow for more open space in wildlife-sensitive areas. Each building design will meet recognized environmental standards, and energy conservation guidelines will be provided to incorporate cutting-edge sustainability systems and materials.

The Community

Our membership community – perhaps our greatest strength – is comprised of leaders across all disciplines from entrepreneurs to artists to non-profit leaders to scientists and academics and beyond. We seek those who not only lead in their field, but who are kind and excited about building a strong community of those who help each other to do good in the world.
